We currently have seven lodges situated on large pitches on the park, with each one having a holiday license for use across the year. Lodges offer more space inside and out, with larger decking balconies and enclosed garden spaces, making it feel more like a home from home. Typically lodges have additional insulation, helping them to efficiently stay warmer across the winter, whilst helping to keep out some of the summer heat.
Most of our lodges are connected to mains natural gas and each lodge owner manages this in the same way they do for their home address. The park supplies mains electricity, and owners are billed each month for their usage, in the same way as static holiday homes. As most of our lodges occupy more than one pitch, site fees do reflect this and prospective purchasers need to keep this in mind when considering buying a lodge holiday home. Lodges come with an initial 15 year license, but this can be extended in 5 year blocks, as long as the exterior and interior of the lodge maintains the high standards of the park.
We can order any Lodge to your specification and can offer competitive prices from manufacturers due to our long established relationships with holiday home companies across the UK.
